Terms of Service

1. Service

Wabox provides tools for managing customer conversations, team workflows, automation, and connected messaging accounts. You are responsible for configuring the service lawfully and for the users and organizations you invite.

2. Acceptable use

You must not use Wabox for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, spam, or unauthorized messaging, or to upload content you do not have the right to process. You must follow the policies of connected messaging providers and applicable privacy and communications laws.

3. Your content

You retain responsibility for content and customer data submitted to Wabox. You grant Wabox the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the service.

4. Availability and changes

The service may change as we improve security and functionality. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, users, or connected providers, or to comply with law.
